Happy B day.. Yes I will confirm you start to hurt.. I am 27 and it feels like I have played NFL ball my whole life... I believe my parents now.. They always told me, not to be hard on myself or I would feel it when I get older. Well I guess around 25 is when it starts.. I feel like a fukin bus hit me.. LMAO

I felt my best from 25 to 35 and around 40 started feeling the aches and pains now at 48 still tinkering w/ my truck, cruising & going out to the track every now and then...Stay fit and work out it'll keep u healthy....
