I hear ya brother...I fell off the wagon again myself. You'd think that after spending a week in the CCU with a cardiac "episode" I'd be able to put em down. Hang in there man, just think of all the time you've put in already, and how it will all be wasted if you have a butt. In the end, you'll feel so much better...food will taste better, you'll have a better sense of smell, more energy. Keep yourself buzy by working on your truck...or detail it....it'll probably sparkle after you expend all that pent up frustration.

Good luck man...it's not easy, but you can do it.

I quit 6 years ago. I had tried quitting before, but always went back. My (at the time) 6 year old son asked me to quit, and I told him that I would. I wasn't about to let him down. That was the end of me and smoking, and I had smoked for over 10 years. I know I will NEVER smoke again, after seeing people I love die from Cancer. I can't even stand the smell of it. I do, however, smoke an ocassional cigar, maybe like a box (25) a year...but usually only in the warmer months. I'd be pissed off paying the money they want for cigarettes...and use that as motivation also. I've also gotten a lot stronger since I've quit smoking as the added 10lbs of bodyweight helps with powerlifting! Get your head right, F#@k-IT....DON'T LET IT BEAT YOU. You are stronger than a little piece of nothing that is gonna wind up killing you anyway. Hang-Tuff.
