The rustang had DRs on it.
The camaros are heavy as a silverado, they ride smooth but thats all they have goin for them.

Good video, bad outcome. We all agree a driver mod was needed! Question is would a driver mod be enough to catch the stang!? I hate mustangs but the new ones are fast, they aren't like the mustangs of years past!

 

Yea my buddy has a SS. It rides so smooth. And feels quick but id doubt it would past a 13.2.
And the blind spots are rediclous!! You cant see anything from inside that car.

 

that's been one of my main issues with camaros since the 3rd gens...and they've been heavier than they should be for a long time too. oh well, i'd still own one given the right opportunity but i can't say i want one.

I started life as a Ford Man and Son of Ford man my Fisrt car was 66 t-bird 428
2nd was a 65 GT fastback 4spd

I'll alaways have a soft spot for both cars new mustangs are cool and I came pretty close to buying one but six months or reading forums on new stangs
cured me of my momentary lapse in judgement

although I have been eye balling a 96 F350 crew cab diesel

Theres a thread on YB with the video. They werent happy that the mustang showed up on DRs and the camaro was bone stock.

 

Those results were to be expected. Should of been closer but the mustang will always win that race. Now put them on a road course then it's a much closer race!!

If anyone is familiar with the ZL1, it has 5 modes for traction and handling. Mode 1 being very conservative, Mode 5 being ***** out. Either way, the ZL1 needed the driver mod!

 

NOpe.. not fimillar at all with them.. just know the are supercharged..
