I am so tired of seeing the Challengers on the road with their big fat *** hanging in the air

That's funny right there, I don't care who you are! lol

No opinion either way on the new Camaro, but the Cobalt SS(?) turbo does interest me. Don't they run like a 14.0 sec. 1/4??

It's true.. there's a Dodge dealership right across the street from the Chevy dealership here... I'm getting a little tired of it. Just thought about opening the pipes and cruising thru the dealership parking lot..

Fiance has the HHR SS and already more than a few custom upgrades including custom stainless CAI.....shhhhhhh

I read/saw an article about four months ago about the new Camaro, and the openining
line said, Too Heavy, Too Big and Too Late...

Don't know if that's true, but it didn't give people a warm and fuzzy...

As for the HHR, I got my spindles from him and he shared some things with me thru PM's early on. I bet that thing runs like a raped ape!!!

That's faster than a lot of rides, including many trucks. For a stock ride, even if it's a econobox, I think 14.0 is darn good. Outta a 4cyl too. I have my current truck for a DD; while the old 1 when I get it running again( blown rear, wounded trans) gets 12-14 mpg. I would use the Cobalt SS to keep mileage off my 04 Silvy, it gets better MPG, & the biggest reason - I could drive in winter to keep road salt off my '04. Plus, if 14.0 isn't enuff, I can( or you) upgrade that baby. Sky is limit on those Ecotecs. I never thought I'd sing praise on a 4cyl. I'd do some tweaks to get sub 14's, w/o sacrificing reliability.

since were pretty much onto the cobalt ss package (good timeing for me) Im thinking about buying my brothers 05 ss s/c for a dd, as for quarter mile times, the ss s/c can do 14.0 flat with a good drive in the 1/4 mile (ss s/c rated for 205 hp dynos 235 hp, Im exspecting to see the ss t/c in the mid 13 to high 13s with a decent driver (rated at 260 hp probably would dyno around 280).

oh and sticking to the topic, I would sell both of my ********* for a 2010 Camaro
