Yeah, it isn't uncommon to see a 100rpm drop when doing a mag check. And thats at around 2000rpm. I've seen some have close to a 200rpm drop. Those went back to have the mechanics work on 'em.

If I wasn't using a Harley seat, I'd look @ a Corbin. That gel sounds nice, + their reputation. That, & I'm not familiar w/ who all makes HD seats.

As for the terminal ends, if u go the Summit route, it'll cost $10 to ship $10 in ends. I agree on lost arts. Old school ways fall by wayside. GM & others want to get rid of shadetrees & just have dealer work on our stuff. If your ride is old, we might be able to special order that...Even my Camaro is 16. I don't trust people to work on my **** usually( those that do on a short list) .
