If it didn't seem like such a trap (I'm paranoid) and I had a performance vehicle, I would go out and destroy him. He obviously doesn't race for pinks though, unless he just races other kids his age in their Civics and Corollas...which is why he would be "The Street King"

 

Someone go out there and run him. If he doesn't pay up, make sure he's eating breakfast through straws from now on.
