Yeah here are a couple I just took. I had some spring wire (piano wire) laying around and came up with this. I got a longer bolt to go into the little couple then wrapped the spring wire around my vice handle a few times. You have to take off the motor to put it all in there.

Unfortunately that pretty common. I have never heard of anyone never receiving it though.

 

When i had my qtp, it was on truck for less than one year and did same ****, took it off, threw it in the trash. and never worried about another one, now I have the bigger cam, id like to get another

Ummm...no. But there's a shop 5 minutes from my house that will weld it on for $20. Your call. Doug's electric's are pretty dang good.
