Here's the long version of not just being pulled over but also having cops visit your house, worth watching it if you have the time.
They also interview a police officer who admits there are dicks out there that will take advantage of any and all situations as he has done so many times before. You'd have to watch the video but he says something like %60(not sure if that's right) of the people he's arrested or ticketed would have gotten off if they exercised their 5th amendment rights.

Ooops, I forgot to link these two...here is the interview with a cop by a lawyer. It's kinda funny and very entertaining. It's titled "Don't talk to Cops"

I would file a complaint. Not that your single complaint will do much but it will go on record.

I agree on asking for the Super. More than likely the Super will pull the audio/video from the officers car that day to see what was going on and take action.

I am a Federal Officer, and usually if I get pulled over the cops are fairly nice about it, especially if I am in uniform. One time the guy wants to lecture me, I'm like" just write the ticket, I dont need a lecture." After it was all said and done I ended up in handcuffs and spent the night in jail. I had a multipurpose tool on my belt(this is when I was an aircraft mechanic years ago) that he claimed was a weapon. IMO, he was just trying to be the "MAN" in that situation. He was asking stupid questions that really annoyed me.LOL. I think you will run into these types every now and then, like mentioned, you could always talk to his supervisor.
