I am having two separate problems...here's the story.

I just bought (2) 4GB MicroSD cards. One is for my Blackjack, no problems yet. The other, however, is for my XM Radio, the Delphi SkyFi 3. (Doubles as an MP3 player). When I install the MicroSD card, the unit stops playing. Romove the SD card, the unit resumes playing. When it stops, it locks the unit, I get no response from any of the buttons, when I remove the SD card, I regain control of the unit??? WTF??? Anyone know whats happening, or what I can do?

The other problem, I ripped some store bought CDs to my computer, and am now trying to load them onto one of my SD cards, with the aid of a USB interface, but the computer is telling me that the files are protected? I ****** paid for them, they shouldn't be protected. Anyone have any insight?
