Need a roll call done with all the Alabama boys to make sure were not overlooking anyone. Happy to hear you guys are ok and that the trucks made it through unharmed as well!!
Richard, maybe this is why you were having such terrible luck earlier in the year, you were saving it all for this week!

So about that fuel setup...
Glad to see you're safe, how the hell do you go on from there? I mean obviously day to day life is totally changed. Are your parents still going to work? When are you going to get power back?
Atleast you're a degreed aeronautical engineer and didn't have to take the finals

Haha, this may be shitty, but im hoping all of these totaled trucks stay in local salvage yards, I could really get some good deals from that.
My parents live in north alabama and were not directly affected by the storm...even so they didnt get power back until yesterday. Right now im staying at my roomate's girlfriend's apartment since she has power, after that, who knows, I start my summer job tomorrow.

We got power back yesterday at noon. 4.5 days is better than I was expecting. I was set up for another week at least. TVA just put out that 93% of their lines are back in service but less than that actually have power due to local utilities' lines down in effected areas.

After all the volunteer work, why not benefit from some cheap spare parts?
