Been dealing with this for awhile, I have replaced the vent solenoid, the purge valve, which they tested good after being replace, go figure, so much for being simple. The vent tube, and vent solenoid was full of dirt, which have been blown out. Is there away to test the vapor canister, and the fuel tank pressure sensor?

You need a factory type scan tool with Bi-directional controls. It will show the pids for the pressure sensor. It can also force the solenoids on and off as well as force the system to run the evap test so you can verify a repair.

The vapor canister would have to be smoked through the system to look for leaks..
