Default Opinions on GTO wheels

Need some opinions from you guys. I have a buddy who can help me get my stock wheels powdercoated for cheap. I taped up my front left wheel with electrical tape last night to see what it would look like (1st pic), then decided to photoshop the outer lip black also. Which one do you guys like better?

Definitely #1. I cannot stand wheels like #2, it just always looks horrible. I'm not sure how all black would look with SOM - I've seen several with them, but they always look iffy. A little darker gray may not look too bad though. And as always, this is only my opinion .

Here's a Brazen with all black wheels. They're not stock, but you get the idea.

I like the stock wheels best...either stock, or chrome. I'm not much of a fan of black wheels on anything but black rides.

I think either nothing at all or maybe do the entire wheel in charcoal grey.

I don't think I'd like all black wheels. I want to stick with the stockers for now too, don't have the $$ for nice aftermarket ones. I think I'm leaning towards the top pic above. Here's a closer shot of what it looks like. Keep in mind this is the result of me and 45 minutes in the driveway and a roll of black electrical tape, lol. I'd have the inside of the wheel coated black too, just didn't want to go through the hassle of taping it up. The only silver parts left would be the spokes and the lip.
