Gibbs, thanks for the heads up. Popping my hamstring from the bone was enough for me. I couldn't even watch the video in it's entirety. As soon as I saw it was Weight Lifting, I stopped it.

over five yrs ago I pulled the high part of my left leg hammy about an inch off the bone. By far the most painful and dibilating. The view was not pretty, golfball like welt with A LOT of swelling, not to mention the dark grey/blue/purple band that paved the back of my leg to my knee like I was beaten with a bat.
