NJ cop doing his job

I once had a guy doing 60 in the left lane on a 4 lane highway (2 on each side). It was night time, and hardly any traffic, but everyone drives 70+, speed limit is 65. Well people were coming up on the guy in the left lane, and this dude does NOT get over, people allllll over his ***. Well they go around him cutting him off as they pass him, yet he still is there in the left lane. So I decided once traffic cleared going around him, that I was going to have an experiment.
I pulled in front of him and let off the gas and let it coast for probably at least a mile. Went from 65mph down to 35ish, this ************ was STILL behind me, wasn't honking or flashing his brights. He even kept his distance back behind me. Once it hit 35 I was done and sped back up to the speed limit and made my way back home. I couldn't believe it.

interstate highways at night always yield some idiots here

I was just about to post that the biggest problem with the left lane in NJ, is NY drivers, then I see that Krambo beat me to it
...the New Yorkers have no clue that that lane is actually intended for passing only, and always make their way over there and drive like ****. They don't know how to come to speed to get on the highways either, they pretty much go from dead stop, to pull into lane at no miles per hour as cars are bearing down at 65+ mph
We have shoulders so you can cruise along side and get up to speed to safely merge into traffic, but the New Yorkers prefer to just jump right in and cause folks to have to slam their brakes to avoid running over them. I've seen New Yorkers pull on to the highway from a dead stop and proceed to immediately cross three lanes to get in their beloved left lane, just to be doing about 35mph when they get there while I'm coming down the hill at 70+ mph. Grrrr....

something else that pisses me off is tailgaiters. if i am doing 75 in the left lane (20 over the limit) and you are up my ***, i just let off the gas, like Scott and then speed up when they try to pass. really pisses them off.

That's kinda annoying IMO. If your slower than someone else, get out of the way. Even if your doing 50mph over the limit, pull over to a slower lane and let faster people go by.
Fast lane doesn't just belong to you and the speed you choose to do.

I reallly like the washer fluid idea, but that gets expensive after a while... Why not spend twenty bucks on a washer fluid pump, put that bitch in a 5 gallon bucket in the bed of the truck run a hose to the bumper and squirt 5 gallons of water, vegetable oil, colostomy bag contents ect, on said douche bags car.

I know, but in that situation, where I am already speeding and there is no one next to me, just go the hell around me if I'm not going fast enough. Don''t tailgate the **** out of me. If I can't see your headlights in my rearview, you are too damn close. I know its annoying as **** to them, but whatever, sometimes you feel like a dick!!!

actually the courteous thing to do is stay in the right lane until you need to pass then get back over,if someone comes up while your passing why not just put your blinker on so they know your getting back over. in southern nj(meaning below philly) 295 and the turnpike have signs that say"keep right except to pass" and there is a statute posted with it.for a cop to do what he did was good but that wanger should have gotten a ticket.thats the only way people will learn there lesson.also, down here in the southern part of this state its the pa tags that are annoying. and some md. de people arent bad, atleast they stand on the gas peddle and go with the flow.
