Here is a couple initial pics of my brothers new hood scoop for his 78 Firebird . The hood scoop is ready for a layer of glass and then all the body work. There will then be a mold made off it. We could not put just another cowl hood on it so we used the old turbo hood for the initial scoop design and took it a little further and stacked it for the final height of 4.5". so what do you think? The nose will be faired into the hood and the center hood line will be built back up on it.
