It looks like the aluminum block is the way to go. I kinda want to swap mine out for a 6.2, while people don't know what they are (prices down).

It lopes!

Got it in yesterday and cranked her up. Im surprised that it will idle on its own with the 226 cam tune…first driving impressions…WOW. It feels awesome even without an updated tune. Bottom end is a hair weaker but I expected that with it being untuned. By 2500 rpm its in the zone haha. I didn’t expect the mid and top to be this strong without a new tune though. I cant wait to get this pcm flashed and everything dialed in and put it on the track

I guess we will have to wait until you get the new tune in, but having now experienced this cam, what would you recommend for my 1st cam?
