Yea full coverage will fix this and technically my premiums should not go up since this is under comprehensve and I am not at fault, but time will tell.

Man that sucks. I hate to say it but like I said in the original thread about the no trucks issue. You should have left that complex before things got worse. It was just a matter of time before the **** hit the fan.

2/3 of our vehicles, the 4runner was never hit, but its always in the garage. We arent the only people getting keyed, others have as well but this is crazy, our lease wont let us leave without giving up 3k for deposits, which I can not afford

There isn't anything in the lease contract about a right to break the lease if stuff like this continues to happen?

No kidding. I'm sure the lease mentions something about "high security". What good is it to pay for that if they dont "secure" a damn thing? I'd try to have them pay for the paint job. Their "security" should be almost the same as insurance? Ask them to pay or to let you go free of charge and call it even.

Edit: I'm hoping that the lease doesn't mention anything about them not being responsible for matters like this.

I'd be surprised if the lease didn't have this disclaimer
