My aunts killer eggnog recipe
9 eggs, separated
1 lb sugar
1 pt rye (wild turkey 101 rye)
½ pt rum (sailor jerry 92 prf)
½ pt brandy
1 ½ qt half and half
nutmeg to taste
vanilla extract to taste
beat egg yolks
add sugar slowly until fully mixed
add booze slowly while mixing
add half and half slowly
beat eggwhites to high peaks…
fold in egg whites in small portions at a time
add vanilla and nutmeg
chill and enjoy
serve with advil
