motorola razor v3c
so im trying to transfer data with my razr v3c and my PC. I have the Motorola Phone Tools v3.11 that I downloaded from an unnamed source. I've set everything up with the phone and the program, and the computer is recognizing the phone through the USB cable. But when I go to transfer data, such as music, the program says "can not communicate with mobile". Has anyone used this stuff before. I've on had the phone a few days and the program downloaded for a couple hours. I'm not even sure that the v3.11 with work with my V3c. It had the driver for the V3 only, which is the one I installed. So I'm unsure if there is a difference between the two.

I got a motorola v400 and I had the same problem with my data-link cable, I turned off my phone and then back on with cable plugged in. Just a thought but not for sure.
