I have always wanted a little farm house out in the middle of no where. I finally got my wish. There is also a 1/4 mile of flat straight paved road directly in front of my house.
All that really matters, 30x40 shop with a 10 ft covered area. We are discussing moving the wall over and capping the end and making it a full 30x50.

Picked this up off of craigslist for $325. It's a 2006 with about 50k miles and the fluid is bright red. It's been sitting for a few years and It's dirty and needs a few things like internal harness and a front iss, but still a good deal I think.
As you can see I started to clean it up but it slid off the jack and onto my foot so now I'm laying on the couch cause it hurts so bad.
