I have one of those, and like TXglock I grill/smoke often. Although personally, I still prefer to smoke my ribs, one thing I like to do with the oiless fryer is to string up a rack of ribs with wire attached to the basket and cook them like that. My wife loves the crispy outside and fall off the bone tender on the inside. Rock hens and game bird turn out great on there too. Great buy IMO

 

great info, I MAY try ribs, but I prefer to smoke mine as well! Guess it couldn't hurt, I could run 3 racks, two smoked and one in there, worst case I toss them out to the dogs if they don't turn out great.

I'm excited to try this thing out.
