Borrowed this picture from google...

Black truck threw a SES light the other day, pulled the codes and had bank 1 & 2 rich. 5min later found out the regulator was letting fuel into the vaccum line and intake. Bought a new one and after about 15-20min to swap the old one out truck runs just fine now!
