Seriously it happens why do you not believe?
These show "mig" but also "Flux core" but to someone who doesn't know any better might not know these can't run gas.

-I am a welding teacher part time at Palomor College here in SD, and wanted to inform you guys the correct term..noy be a know it all and get a smart *** remark in return.....I'm done now...
to anyone wanting to know...the HF welder would be good to a max of 16 gauge mild steel imho and would work best with Lincoln wire 211mp somewhere around .025 thickness, but your better off buying a Miller if you are not concerned with cost too much..

The sellers on ebay can type any title they want to advertise those welders. They are "fishing" with the word "mig" in the titles, or using mig as a "tag" word..but if you look a little deeper you will see the actual manufatures title being"FACTORY REFURBISHED LINCOLN WELD-PAK HD FLUX CORE WIRE WELDER(U2188-1)" which says nothing about mig.

Never said you were a know it all, I was just trying to help others to pay attention to what they are actually buying.

Let us know how it works for you. I may look into one of those too for smaller jobs. I've got a larger 220v welder now but don't always need one that large and 220v outlet isn't always near by.
