It was a blast. He is a super nice guy that is just normal. He just has cool toys and gets to play with them on TV for a living thats all.

You never ask when you are here, and he is a hard man to get in touch with. Maybe after I help him with some stuff he will be a little easier to contact.

Also, his building isn't air conditioned. He does most of his recording in the winter and has more free time in the summer. I didn't know that before.

 

I wounder if he would do a show on our trucks?

Somewhat of a long story. The shortened version.


A co-worker at a previous job and Stacey both got speeding tickets and had to go to the same traffic court. My co-worker introduced himself, and asked about buying the old car parts and stuff from him. That lead Stacy to come to our salvage yard and start looking around. I helped him out some finding parts for the V8 Miata build he did. Since then, I just bump into him every now and then.

I no longer work at the salvage yard, but now I work on computers again. I have contacts all over the place related to automotive stuff in this area through the computer company.
