The 2000ish gts run low-mid 15's, with a good driver.. If you have a 5.3 and 2wd you prob will beat a stock gt..

I beat a 2004 celica gt by like 4 legnths.

His mods: Cold air intake, replaced muffler (blable can)

My mods (at the time): Servo, exhaust cutout, and K&N filter, and a bunch of quarter size holes drilled in the airbox. <keep in mind I do have a v6

If I had positive traction at that time like I do now, it would have been WAY worse.

idk if yer still lookin for more answers but i lined up with a late 2000's (new bodystyle) GT 5spd last night, he said he had intake, header back exhaust, lightweight flywheel and a 35 shot of nitrous.. from a dig i put 5 trucks on him from a roll of about 45 i put 1 truck on him.

then again idk if he wast tellin the truth with his mods, but after the 3rd run he turned and hid in some neighborhood
