for 1, here in Texas they have to mike it (check the exact % of tint) for it to hold up in court. If not there is no real proof, except the cop sayin well it was dark... That **** wont hold up and for 2 if for some reason if the rules are different there i just paid a tint ticket for $150.

damn that sucks, here in cali if you get a tint ticket you have to pay the fine but also have to show proof of correction in order to have the ticket signed off. its a hassle to have tint in cali but f... it

my tint is actually legal but a cop tried to ticket me for illegal tint about 6 months ago, i pulled the receipt out of the center console and he forgot all about it, then said he got me for speeding and gave me that ticket and a ticket for having the wrong address on my license.
Anyway u look at it, he wanted to make sure u went home w/. a trophy.

i was riding with my brother when we were younger, we were in his 86 chevy swb with a stroker goofing off, anyways long story short, my brother lied to me about not getting his license, and since i had mine, and was older, i got the charge, my attorney got it dropped though, I looked at the cop and said shouldnt this be reckless riding? he got pissed, lol

i got pulled over in Texas back when i had my silver 00 rcsb. the cop told me i wasn't wearing my seat belt (i wasnt) and i was about to say no way cuz the tint was waaaay to dark (R20 mirror tint, kept my mouth shut thinkin a seat belt ticket was cheaper)..........NO SHOT $280 for a seat belt ticket
