Damn... That's a rough way to get a new vehicle...

Those things only fetch about $1000-$1500 at the insurance auctions.

Definitely don't let me low ball you. Not signing the medical release waiver is a good way to make sure they take care of you on your vehicle value. Make them pay for all modifications and your time for having to deal with finding a new vehicle.
