I've got a little annoying rattle on my truck coming from outside on the left middle to rear. Ny first guess would b a loose hubcap? But it wasn't! Kinda like a nail in the tire sound but it responds to bumps not to ture rotation!

Another problem is like a scratching sound coming from maybr my fanbelt when its been sitting awhile. And a pulley in the front has a very consistent tap while idling! Any opinions or suggestions on how to diagnose!
