did full bolt on's suspension, and just put a cam in the car and got it tuned on a tuesday...

hell ya i miss it alot.. ran a 12.9 @108 with no headers. with headers dynoed 362hp and 381 tq..

never got to get track or dyno numbers with the cam

 

Damn, I can't believe they totaled the goat... I guess enough subframe damage from the sideways hit. Did you at least get compensated for the mods or get to peel them back off?

 

oh dude it was baaadd. i wouldnt have wanted the car back. yea the body and so many things were messed up..

couldnt even get the fuel rail covers back on the car due to engine and firewall alignment.

had to use the jaws to pull the door open and even the kick panel was into the clutch pedal.

i got more pics i gotta find em

yea the insurance company payed for it to get towed back to the house and i pulled about 3k in parts off the car and returned it mostly to stock...

left the cam and springs but pulled the pr's

wasnt worth me doing the cam.. plus i just did it days before hand and was kinda frustrated with the whole deal...

 

damn i am soo sorry. I hate to see that happen man. What about the ******* idiot trying to blow the red light? what happened to the **** face?

 

Sucks to see the Goat go down like that. It looked like a clean, well-maintained car. Nice replacement though. I hope GM doesn't discontinue the G8 chassis for the States. I'd love to see it as the new Impala or something similar.

from all the accidents ive seen over on the gto forum these cars hold up very WELL!

idk i hope i never see the guy, he walked up to me after the accident while i was stuck in the car and "man you ran the light" ... i said are you ******* nuts man you ran it then he said "well maybe i did i dont know"

That seriously sucks about your goat, I really like those cars, my buddy had one and he used to let me drive it and it was always a blast! I take it since you are writing this you are OK which is a good thing!
