as i was reading i was like.. watch this kid say something about contradicting themselves.. bc im sure hes gonna miss the "rcsb" in the sentence. I bet he's 16... possibly 15... maybe his dad was with him bc he has his learners... lol.

It really is annoying to read something like that, some immature kid that just barely got his liscense thinks a vehicle is fast because of all the marketing that is out there. He tries to pick a race with a vehicle that cannot physically go any faster because of a speed limiter and all of a sudden he is king of the world because he passed the guy. Whenever someone else shows him the error of his statements he gets defensive because there is nothing more that he can do about it. He doesn't want to look stupid and he doesn't want his pride hurt because his truck isn't faster than everybody else's vehicle. I don't have anything against Dodge, I just feel that some of the owners that have been brainwashed by Dodge's marketing. I don't blame Dodge for doing it, they make more money off of sales. At the same time though, there will always be owners that make the whole company look bad. I am glad that Chevy doesn't try to market their trucks as being fast like the Dodge guys, I would really hate to be embarassed by a Chevy owner that makes a fool of himself and then needs someone more informed to pull him out of the hole he is digging himself into and explain to everyone else that he doesn't know what he is talking about.

I just read all 5 pages of that thread and was LMAO the whole time. That kid had to be 16-18 or he wouldn't be saying " YES HUH, my Daddy seen it to" I have my own opinions on the Hemi, see my sig. Two guys I work with own QC rams, not Hemis, and I'm forever taking them to the dealership for warranty work. Batteries corroding, A/C motors going out etc...I just thought it was funny cause the kid was saying how Chevys are always in the shop. 70K miles on the Tahoe and it's only been in the shop when I drove it there to mod it. My neighbor has a RC SRT-10 and were going to run at the 1/8 track next month. I'm sure I'll get my A$$ handed to me, but it's all in fun. We'll still come home and be friends and Some people just aren't grown-ups yet. That post is a few days old, maybe a sleeper Chevy has already shut him up?
