I understand this doesn't assist in resolving your issue, but we have done everything within our power to get them to address LS1tech users concerns, and they have not been forthcoming.
We encourage you to make contact with them offline.

Fuddle is permabanned! Yea! You might not receive financial compensation for your losses but you assuredly have helped save others from going thru the same hardships.

it's shitty that you're still out the money, but thankfully they are done as far as were concerned, for them-what a bad way to run a company in the ground.

$675.

A Fuddle Converter I paid for about 6 months ago (March). It was shipped to me after about 2-1/2 months after I demanded a refund, when I got it was damaged so I shipped it back and they played the "I dunno" game for another 2 months and this and that... and here we are in the middle of September lol

Long story short he had a fuddle verter, sent it back too receive a refund, they said they never received, the shipping company shows a delivered date, a signature. Also they never returned his money, then wouldn't take any effort in getting him a converter or his money back.... ********

I'd show up at their doorstep with the county sheriff and a local lawyer. Get a class action going on his ***, seems like enough people have been burned by him, and you have all the evidence.
