I see theyre still talking in the thread I started over on ls1truck, but I'm banned now and can't respond, so I'll say it here.
I got a warning for saying "shooting the ****" in a sentence. I got a PM from a member telling me to edit it. I didn't think I did anything wrong so I left it there. Then I check later and the post had been edited and I received a warning for it. I don't want to post on a forum that censors my posts. I didn't go on some rant throwing out the F-bomb all day or anything. I know I didn't have to make a thread about why I was leaving their forum, but feedback is always a great thing (and I wanted to see how many people over there were kiss asses to the mods/staff).
And also, another member on ls1truck/north texas trucks, brought up my threads about leaving NTT. I left that forum because I got banned for telling someone they got ripped off on their tranny rebuild. Which goes along with what I said earlier, I don't like being censored. It's the damn internet, there isn't a dirtier thing in the world than whats on the internet.
And all the guys on ls1truck keep talking about "kids" using the forum in classes and worrying about kids seeing it. What kind of 16+yr old or teenager even hasn't heard or read a cuss word, hell teenagers use the most cuss words.
I made this post to thank the PT.net staff for allowing our members to say whats on their minds (within reason) and not be so damn serious about everything. Like Randomhero said, not being so hard on the rules lets the members at least have a personality. If ls1trucks wants to stay that way, then they shouldn't be complaining because I left before any seriously problems arose over there.
Now all this being said, if I pissed anyone off on those other forums (including NTT) I'm sorry. I'm a pretty stubborn guy, and I know I can be an ******* sometimes, but it's the internet and it happens. I won't be bringing up any drama at any meets or anything more than this thread, and I look forward to meeting any of the involved Texas members at the upcoming May 1st Ennis meet so we can put a hurting on some lightings.

As for the North texas Site no one has a problem with you recommending poeple for transmission builds..BUT to go into a thread where some one was praisng a builder and tell him "You got F****n ripped off" was uncalled for. I know your stubborn about it.....Ripped off is your opinion..I paid less for my built tranny with a billet TCS converter and fluid than you did..does that mean Chase ripped you the F off? No it doesnt..you are very happy with how your build turned out as I and that member are with thiers....Bottom line is comments about builders ripping people off hurts buisness and you know as well as I do both Jerry and Chase trannies are great transmissions and a helluva a lot cheaper than a FLT with the same parts and both are tried and proven to hold up to abuse...
Scott I dont like banning people and honestly if you think you can come back and be constructive (not that you want to come back) I can probably make that happen...we dont sensor **** over there just what you say about other members if it is meant to start a fight..and in this case your comments were out of line...
I know its a small site but we allow nudity, more the marrier..lol, cussing what ever..just dont bash each other unless its just messing around and there is a difference.

I like that site ok...it has SOME useful info...but it is full of a bunch of pretentious muthafuckas. When you read through some of the post you kinda get the feeling they think they're better than everyone else because they're "classy". I keep my posts to a minimum over there because it seems to me if you're not one of Allens peeps, you aint ****...

OK, performancetrucks.net, gmfullsize.com(laughed my *** off at the latest Strike Team thread), ls1trucks.com, plus all the regional ones that don't really matter to me in Saskatchewan I guess. Which am I missing? Don't think I've ever seen ls1trucks, and gmfs seems a bit juvenile. Not bad, but more Pimp My Ride kinda logic. This is my favorite. I used to be a regular on openroadracing.com til the truck bug bit me.

I'm a member on ls1truck under a different name. Its an aight site its some good ppl on there but its also a bunch of assclowns on there too. It seems like there is a select group on there and then ya got everybody else.

I really didn't want to leave that forum, I just felt I had gotten screwed over because I had received no warning (I read that someone said they sent me a PM on NTT about the tranny stuff, which I don't think I received) and all I knew is I had gotten suspended. I do remember getting into an argument (if you could even call it that) about my builders price vs yours, but I didn't consider that something anything out of the ordinary. Everyone always says my stuff is better than your stuff, hell we wouldn't be doing what we do if we werent competitive.
And as far as the Ennis meet, I wouldn't bring up any drama or anything there. What happens on the forums is exactly that, on the forums. I'm sure we'd all have a great time killing some lightnings (hopefully
).

Its ok Scott you can stay on PerformanceTrucks.net and cuss once in a ******* while, I am sure that it will be ok.
