lets see... i would put top of the line everything in my home that im re-modeling. then i would sell the truck, and build a lsx powered 61-62 low-rod impala

 

first off: pay off my debt, my parents debt, my brothers debt. all our debt consist of is our houses so it would be an investment in my eyes...
take care of my grandmother, make sure she lives comfortably. nice new pad for her as well, close to my parents house or probably even on their land...

buy some land for the family, buy myself a much MUCH bigger house with WAY more land, build a nice garage/man cave...
finish my truck: maybe a decent LsX(396, 410 something close to that) turbo, new 6 speed with paddle shift kit(TCI iirc), get my all suspension ideas finalized and slapped on the truck, big brake upgrade, nice forged 3 paice wheels(22/24's, not sure yet) and redo my interior and sound system...

also get some new rides ofcourse:
new Sierra Denali: dropped, Turbo'd, interior changes, sound system, comfy ride, maybe DD...
Audi RS4: a few performance upgrades, maybe DD aswell...
big SUV of some sort to be able to bring friends along...
70-72 Datsun 510: not sure on the engine it would get yet(LS2 maybe, full modded STI drive train sounds very interesting), but definately all custom...
new Z06 and ZR1
lifted ford diesel(just like the ford's frontend more then the durtymax's)
65 Buick Riviera: LsX 465() custom interior, pro-touring/air suspension...
51 Merc: chopped and channeled, bagged, big block...

invest in a couple stocks, give my dad money to start us a business, help some of the struggling businesses around my area, and definately donate... their's a lot of family/homeless and abuse centers that could use help...

I'm with the performance shop idea. I'd do lots of custom jobs at cost because I enjoy doing it. I could charge cost-only as long as the lottery was fat enough to last me

 

Well of course I'd pay off my family's debt and whatnot, that's a given...owning a speed shop to keep some extra scratch coming in would be nice too...

 

I would never build another transmission ever again....
