I was thinking it was a eastern canadian thing for a while there, guess not

 

Its almost like walking thru the parking lot and curb stomping any ricer muffler that sticks out more then an inch past the bumper

 

seen a guy in a tiberon at the local shoppers drug mart last year, backing up, his dual fart cans road up onto the curb and when he pulled away it ripped them off. then he got out and looked, you should of seen his face, it was priceless
