Would have been better if you could have done it at night, less the sun. We recently had a contractor installed a steel roof and there were 5 guys doing it. I can't imagine what you're going thru.

 

roofing sucks in the summer done it once..but ill be undermy house all day long fixin my water line..damn dog got under there and broke it..dog is gonna die

 

Yep, roofing sucks. But cheese and rice, what kinda dog do you have, Dirt Track?

 

part lab part cocker spaniel..looks like a small white haird lab..its her parents dog they pawned off on us cause its annoying barks all the times, tears stuff up, its torn up the screen, the glass then finally jumped on the screen door long enough it fell off..then she scratched up the back door..the doors in the house and moldings are scratched up..she drags trash through out the house..she wants in at night cause she will bark and howl all night till she gets in..when shes in the house and some one comes over she growls and bark..her barks are so ******* loud and she dont stop..a mouse farts and shes up barkin waking us up..she jumps on the furniture..ive just had enough

 

I had several different solutions to that problem with me in the truck when I was at your house...

 

yep you coulda have some target practice..aint gettin fixid today..i was letting it dry out some and when i went out side looked up and seen a storm rollin it and its been lightning pretty good and hailin and heavy rain with some strongs winds..typical summer storm..goin your way

 

yep that roofing is great! it really gets good when the temps reach 110+ in the shade, i avoid roofing whenever i can. be carefull and drink up!

 

Well crap I gotta get back out there and get the one side I demoed by myself re-sheathed and covered up before the rain gets here or the stuff in my garage is really going to get wet.

 

I didn't make it....not even close... I was still pulling nails when the loud crash of thunder snuck up on me. Then it was a mad dash to get a giant tarp over the gaping holes in the roof of my garage where I got totally soaked in the process.
