When I pull my truck in, I just say everything is good. He says ok, makes sure there are no codes, and I am on my way. I have known him for years, and he knows I would never drive something that doesn't work properly. As far as emissions go, he doesn't even look. I would have thought NY would be harder than TX. I would bet if you had problems someone on here might PM you and help you out. Changing headers seems like a pain.

Makes me love Alberta..... Inspections..... WTF is that????? Unless it's 10-15 year old and needs to have a safety for insurance purposes, and or an out of province regardless of year. Oh yeah, we don't have emission system anti tampering laws provincially either so it's actually not illegal to remove it.

Got mine passed yesterday with side windows that meter 9% and a tinted windshield. He cut the **** out of the shield and mounted the sticker sideways however.. Good thing I wanted to take it off anyway. Right bank 02 sensor code popped up about five miles after
