That sucks man.

Im always afraid my windshield is going to get cracked. I'll be out the money for a window plus the money to have it re-tinted.

 

Whats that like driving at night? Ever get any tickets? Do other people notice it? I have been considering that for a while, but haven't done it. Sorry about the hijack.

 

I got free windshield replacements under my warranty comes in handy only like $50 to add it and it pays for itself once

Its nothing like you'd think. Everyone who hasnt seen it has a reaction like "Your windshield is tinted? You must not drive it at night, theres no way you can see anything!! Thats so dangerous!" Until they see it from the inside.

I got pulled over one time for a taillight being out and got a warning about the tint, but it was stock rear and 20% on the roll downs, no shield. No I have 35% on the shield and 20% on the roll downs and havent been pulled over.

Not that many people notice, I think everyone just assumes the other 3 are dark and thats why thy cant see in very well. No one has noticed from the inside unless I tell them.

Windshield tint will be one of my first mods when I get another truck, its soooo much nicer to drive, and it looks badass. lol
