How many w/ accidents; still modded?

Who has had an accident of some kind & went ahead w/mods. anyway? I know Holty for sure. I don't mean some dipshit puts a lil ding in the boxside for ya. Wish I knew who that was.
I mean the bigger stuff. Last year, had some clown Tbone me on my way to work @ 4am. We have these stupid roundabouts
& it was raining out. He blew thru yield @ roundabout w/ his SuperDuty. Did $9k of damage.
I had all mods in sig. except for drop. I plan to continue mods too. Just wondering who got rid of their vehicles after severe accidents because they didn't want to mod something either someone else damaged for you or was a self-inflicted battle scar(i.e. you hit a tree, rolled, etc)?

I dont own it anymore because I bought a stang and a truck but I used to have a bmw 328i and I wrapped it around a pole avoiding a person in oncoming taffic (hit some gravel) I went on to rebuild, lower, install a sound system, tint, rims, intake, turbo, exhaust, and HID's. If you know the work was done properly i.e welds even if it was frame damage, as long as they have a good frame alignment machine i'd say go for it. First worry is frame alignment and second is electrical in my book. I used to work in a body shop and that is what I have learned from my experiance.

If I remember correctly, the frame may not have been tweaked at all. Or if it was, a 1/8" or less; that was a year ago. I think it was mostly to check if frame had any damage not to correct any variance(s). All the sheetmetal that got smacked into was a nice backstop; helped damage not get to frame. Seconds before impact, I said this is gonna cost me aggravation, money, & time - correct on all 3. When I knew he was gonna hit, had to figure where best to take it at. If I tried to stop inside roundabout before impact, more door/frontend damage would've resulted. I thought that would mean engine/frame contact(which I didn't want). If I punched it to get out of the way of the hit, I thought I'd go into a spin upon inpact as he hit boxside. If it was dry, I could've gunned it to get outta way or maybe(a big maybe) slam brakes to stop. The curve complicated decision & the rain. Since it was raining, I'd slide some, so the 2nd of the 2 would be best, IMO. I did a 180.
The door doesn't make that nice thud it did new, tiny squeak & little things make me wonder if it never happened, would those little items still have occurred. Plus, I'm so super picky, even the Mgr. told his crew. Even tho that dealer works on Ferraris, I found flaws & to this day, think no one does work I'd like.
