Instructions:

1. Call up your good buddy Neil at noon on Memorial day and ask him if he's working or has any plans for the rest of the day.

2. If Neil says no, ask him if the city lake is too low to ski/tube in.

3. If Neil says there is enough water in the lake to sink a battleship, say thanks and hang up, (do not bother inviting Neil to go).

4. Call up Neil the next day and tell him all about hooking up with the chicks who preferred to go topless most of the day and wanted to be sexified later that night on the boat.
