How the @#$% do I get money from my paypal acct to bank acct

Ive got money in my paypal account and want to transfer it into my bank account, how do I do that? I thought I did it on Monday, but the money still hasn't transferred...

You have to do the whole Confirm your bank account then it takes like 3-5 days after you transfer it to REALLY go thru. I just got the PayPal Debit card...instant transaction!!

I like to leave mine in the paypal account as long as possible. If i put it in my bank account I'll likely spend it faster. because I always check my bank account for funds instead of my paypal account.
