I've heard a story of a guy lining the perimeter of his stereo (behind the aftermarket install kit) with razor blades so if someone tries to yank on it ith bare fingers they pay for it. Might be an idea.

 

Had that happen to me too, they jacked it at night when my truck was in my driveway and I was sleeping in my room not 20 feet away. What sucks is I/we have our trucks so we can drive them daily and enjoy them. Why have a beater?

Its a great idea, but here in Cali where everyone is sue happy u can and will get sued by the person trying to steal it when they cut their fingers, and they will win too.

 

I second the train horn things but just know that unless you splurge for a 5 gallon tank the air will run out after 5 seconds of continuous running.

 

Yea. You'll want a decent tank. But the point of it is to get someones attention so if you can get a good 30 seconds out of it you should be okay.

If you work security there, why not just park in front of one of the camera's and keep an eye on it?
Or are there any.

 

He works at old navy, and the bad thing is security drives around and theres cameras all over the parking lot, that are watched by the people in the security office, but of course they didnt see anything.
