i have a xdm 9 and love it i also have a beretta px4 strom 40 cal and love it both awsome gun have had no problems out of either they both have had about 800 rounds through them, i am not a glock fan hk r also awsome pistol , i would get xdm 9 or 40 or u could get a fn 5.7 that is what i want next

I looked at the XD's and XDM's, when I bought mine. Really liked them, but I wanted a hammered--with safety and De-cocker. I opted for the FN Herstal FNP-40 and I love it. Although if I had to do it again, and my next pistol will be an H&K USP 9MM.

There are lots of weapons out there and best to at least try them out and feel how they fit your hands before you buy. I believe Shiloh lets you rent weapons before you buy.

Maybe I missed it, but what exactly are you going to use it for? Concealed carry?

 

I have a beretta 92fs and like it a lot. 2000 rounds thru it and never jammed. Also holds 18+1 with Mec-gar magizine. Xd-m are nice as well

 

i like the glock 22, pretty cheap i think, around 500 bucks. the xd are nice as well, but i just dont prefer them over a glock. i like the sig 226 as well, but thats a bit pricey.
