i used suction mount on my car during autocross and it held up to hitting cones, i have the double sided tape ones on my snowmobile helmet and it holds great

Wow that video was cool. I just got a go pro too...

I have seen some good stuff looking at the speedometer while suctioned to the drivers door window.
