I'd like to know what would compell someone to think defacing another persons property constitutes a prank.
Last I checked a prank didn't cause any damage to anyones property and anything done physically was reverseable.

If the guy didn't care about his vehicle in the first place, then no big deal.

Look at the front end of the vehicle. It is scratched badly, dull paint. Doesn't look like it was cared for in the least. I would be ticked if it were mine, but that guy might have found it funny.
