Bee's swarming are usually docile. I'd be worried in your area that they were africanized. Had an uncle that used to tend bee's. I gathered up 3 swarms like that with him. Bring a hive, cut the branch they are on, hold it over the hive and give it a good shake. So long as the queen goes in you are good to go. Last couple times all I wore was a hood.
