I haven't ever seen one in person. I'm just going by what the company said when they showed the second gen body.

I love the GTM but in reality I wont be able to drive it to its potential and I dont want to stand out that much. Z car for me when I get my house and business paid off.

wow didnt realize they were that much for a roller. one of those would be a good candidate for a roush/yates cup motor. the transaxle stuff is crazy expensive no matter what you end up using.

they are hard to beat for the money but im no longer a fan of the c5's and again know i would be putting tons of money into one and not get anywhere near it back out when it comes time to sell. always an option because they are really cheap now

I was debating on either the GTM or the SLC.

I did see a GTM in person. It looks better in person than in pictures. However, you are going to need a lot of work on the body to get it to look right. From what I have heard the Gen II has much of the same problems. So, in the end you are going to be spending at least $50K.

So.... I started to look to the SLC, It has an aluminum semi-monoque chassis, billet pushrod suspension, everything is new, and the body doesn't take much if any prep work, unless you paint it. I went on faith and pulled the trigger. Here is mine ready to be rolled on the truck. It's still in a rolling chassis,, well, actually right now the body is pulled off.
