They should do like commercials do and just remove the FORD emblem off the cars.

So according to that theory. I can create a line of snood remarked t-shirts and then claim royalties everytime someone takes a picture wearing the shirt I designed?
Or for that matter the camera manufacturer also could because the detail of the picture is a representation of their product quality.

Is it real or is it BS? I don't believe Ford has any ownage of the emblem in a photo of a vehicle that is owned by an individual and if it was me I would be searching legal counsel and the attention of the mass media to cause Ford a most embarrassing moment.

That being said, you guys better get your PT.net calendars before GM comes a knocking!

luckily gm "is" smarter than that... gm design consultants, and product engineers go on sites like these to see what the people like, and how our product appeals to the mass market.... they love the people that support them
