Get a suburban Cody with 3rd row seating.
My ext. cab truck is cramped with my kids in the back,
My crew cab truck is good,
My wifes Tahoe is better,
But with all the **** we need to carry along with the family a Suburban cant be beat, it will be our next vehicle for sure.

The biggest thing that pisses me off about extended cabs is when youre in a parking spot with a car next to you getting in between the opposing opening doors takes houdini esque skills. Opening and closing the door multiple times to get groceries in and out is also a PITA.
This is pretty much the only reason I got a new Crew Cab to replace my Ext Cab. I think this is a stupid design and the NNBS trucks aren't any better. It would be better if they went with a configuration like Toyota and eliminated the suicide doors.

I have been in a CC since '98. When I bought my ext cab a few months ago I figured I didn't really need the extra space since it was my DD. I do still have the CC though so it's not that big of an inconvenience but I know exactly what you're saying. At least now we don't have to deal with a car seat anymore.

LOL it's like you read my mind and made these posts. Freaking houdini is exactly the description I'd use. I only have the three door Z. Coming back from the store and some asswipe parked even closer than the last guy I parked next to just makes me sigh. The good news at 5yrs old he just climbs in through the drivers door and puts himself in the seat. Gotta love the booster seat. But infants...it sucks *****.

Good luck, they havent responded to my email yet. Ill give them a call monday if I havent gotten an email response. If theyre willing to deal a little on price Ill have a new truck
It needs so "codyfication" for sure with the old man steps and bed rails, Ive got some new style GMC wheels too, to swap out on it.
