I was unaware installing a RFL bov vented to the atmosphere justifies a car as being "built"...anyways what I said was...
"The srt4 spoiler looks like rice to me"
Its only my opinion...Turbo or not the wing on that car imo is not functional and looks tacky...and at the end of the day its still a NEON
