Don't want to get involved in the "resolution" thread but that's fucked up on his part not to give two ***** about what's important for you. I will not be doing business with him even if he is a good guy, this is not the second or third time we've heard of complaints from him.

He is making good on it. Seems like the Post office is taking their sweet *** time to get it to me. That's why I was sure to put insurance on it from the start.
My main problem was not being in the loop on my own stuff. He's had a rough few months but I can only be ignored and patient for so long.

I dont know what happened then when I shipped some gears from Louisiana to Georgia. Cost almost $50 to ship, a month later they came back to me. Post office wanted me to pay again to reship them. After a half hour arguement with the post master, they finally reshipped at their expense.
